Cancellation conditions
La Finca Cancellation Policy
1. General
These cancellation conditions apply to all bookings at La Finca.
2. Cancellation by the Tenant
2.1. Cancellation period
Cancellations made more than 56 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations made less than 56 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of the full rental price.
2.2. Procedure
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or post.
The cancellation will become effective on the date on which the written notice is received by La Finca.
3. Cancellation by La Finca
3.1. Unforeseen Circumstances
La Finca reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to make the accommodation available.
In such cases, all payments already made will be fully refunded.
4. Changes to the Booking Period
4.1. Requests for Changes
Requests for changes to the booking period will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same conditions, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refund procedure
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.
6. Cancellation insurance
La Finca advises renters to take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves against unexpected events that could lead to cancellation.
7. Force Majeure
La Finca is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics or other unforeseen events beyond the control of La Finca.
